Is Navon remote or in-office?

Either works. Both open roles can be done remotely across the US or from our New York City office, whichever fits you. Each role page states its location and whether it is full-time or part-time.

What is the hiring process like?

A team member reads every application by hand. If there is a fit, we reach out for a first conversation, then a working session that reflects the actual job. No take-home gauntlets or endless rounds.

Do you list salary ranges?

We discuss compensation directly once we are in conversation, alongside equity. We would rather have that conversation than post a number that misses your situation.
