What you will own
- Research and identify operations-heavy mid-market companies where Navon genuinely fits.
- Run outreach and first-touch conversations that respect the operator's time and earn the second call.
- Qualify honestly. A well-documented 'not a fit' is worth more to us than a forced meeting.
- Keep the pipeline data clean and current so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Hand qualified conversations to the account team with the context that makes the next call count.
What we are looking for
- Excellent written and spoken communication with business owners and operators.
- Organized and consistent in follow-through across a high volume of conversations.
- Resilient and self-directed. Outreach is a craft of repetitions.
- Curious about how operations-heavy businesses actually run.
Nice to have
- SDR or BDR experience in B2B services or software.
- Exposure to construction, professional services, or other mid-market operations.
- CRM fluency.
