Sales / Account Manager

Own relationships with mid-market operators from the first conversation through the ongoing engagement. Translate how a business actually runs into where Navon fits.

What you will own

  • Run qualification conversations with operators and leave understanding how their business actually works.
  • Own the pipeline end to end: first touch, scoping conversation, handoff to the build, and the relationship after.
  • Coordinate with advisory and engineering so what gets sold matches what gets built.
  • Represent Navon to operators credibly. We do not oversell; we map the work and show where we fit.

What we are looking for

  • B2B sales or account management experience, ideally in services or technical sales.
  • Able to hold an operational conversation with a COO or owner and earn their trust.
  • Organized and reliable in follow-through. Nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Comfortable working remotely or from our New York City office.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to construction, professional services, or other mid-market operations.
  • Experience selling technical or services engagements.
