# Navon

> Navon is an advisory firm and operational platform helping mid-market companies (50-2,000 employees) embed AI into how they actually run. Workflows, approvals, financial coordination, and operational intelligence in one system. US-wide. Headquartered in New York City.

Navon operates as three reinforcing practices: Advisory leads (operational audits, AI strategy, workflow mapping), AI Automations is the core (the measurable work, replacing manual coordination), and the Platform hosts (the coordination layer those automations run inside). Engagements can run any one of the three; the compounding gains come from running all three together.

- [Real Estate and Property Management](https://usenavon.com/industries/real-estate): Advisory plus platform roadmap. Maintenance workflows, tenant requests, repair orders, financial coordination across portfolios.
- [Healthcare Operations](https://usenavon.com/industries/healthcare): Advisory plus roadmap. Back-office coordination for medical practices: scheduling, intake routing, referral follow-up, billing reconciliation, vendor workflows.
- [Professional Services](https://usenavon.com/industries/professional-services): Advisory. Consulting firms, agencies, MSPs. Client coordination, project workflows, billing, team operations.

## Operating doctrine

- Start with the workflow, not the model. Effective AI begins by understanding how work moves through the business. The model is chosen last and matters less than most people think.
- AI amplifies the structure it is placed into. A model dropped into a broken workflow produces broken output faster.
- Dependability over flash. The most valuable systems are not the most advanced. They are the most dependable.
- From experimentation to engineering. Effective adoption looks like engineering: defined inputs and outputs, clear handoffs between humans and machines, observability, and ownership.
- Your operating system, not another tool on the side. Intelligence embedded into how work already moves produces compounding gains. Bolted-on tools fragment.

## Engagement model

Most engagements start with an operational audit: interviews with the operators who run the workflows, document walkthroughs, data flow mapping. The output is a clear picture of where time, money, and information are getting lost, and what it would take to fix. After go-live, engagements continue: quarterly reviews, landscape briefings, ongoing system expansion as the business evolves.

Navon does not replace existing tools. The coordination layer sits on top of CRMs, ERPs, HRIS, document stores, and communication tools. Intelligence moves between those systems rather than reimplementing them.

## Security and data handling

- Your data is never used to train models, never visible to another organization, and never pooled across clients.
- Records are isolated at the database layer, with row-level security and least-privilege access enforced on every table. Encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Human review is the default. Nova and managed agents propose actions to a named owner and wait; a team can turn on autonomous execution when ready. Approvals and record events land in an append-only audit trail.
- The hosted platform is a managed cloud product. When an advisory engagement deploys agents, automations, or the compute behind them, that footprint can run in your cloud, your VPC, or fully local on your own hardware; residency is scoped during the evaluation.

## Who Navon serves

Mid-market companies, roughly 50 to 2,000 employees, with operations complex enough to need real infrastructure but rarely with enterprise budgets or internal tech teams. The pattern: manual coordination has become the bottleneck.
